At Boise 3D Printing, every item is custom-made with care. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Item
If your order arrives with a defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect selections (color, size, team, logo, etc.)

Custom designs approved before printing
For all custom items, we will send a for approval prior to printing.
Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved due to a defect, we will provide a prepaid return label or send a replacement without requiring a return, depending on the situation.
